Individual and Group Therapy (Behavioral Therapy-ABA)

This is intensive therapy that is geared to improving communication skills (expressive and receptive), social interactions, safety skills, behavior/sensory regulation (ability to regulate their mood and express their emotions in an appropriate manner), self care skills, and improve their restrictive interests.

Social Skills Program

Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder face great challenges in the area of social skills. Improvement in key social skills can greatly enhance your child’s quality of life. Each child’s environment and upbringing are different, and so are the social skills they need to improve. Therefore, MSP Special Learning Center has designed its therapies around each child’s needs..

Parent Education and Training

Partnering with parents is an integral part of every child’s development program. Research suggest that parents who actively participate in their child’s therapy often witness more progress in their child. The purpose of parent training is to empower parents or caregivers with the best tools to teach new skills to their children and address challenging situations proficiently. Our parents’ training program considers parents’ schedules and availability. We believe that well-equipped and trained parents will have the greatest impact on the entire family’s well-being and quality of life.
